DulceCandy is not pretty - some people just have low standards. Compared to the general population, she is around the middle or SLIGHTLY above, but nothing outstanding.
there is a difference between being pretty and being gorgeous. dulce candy is pretty.
shes not the average looking mexican shes a very pretty one.
she is pretty but by no means is she drop dead gorgeous or anything.

I think Blair is pretty and Elle knows it. That's why Elle is jealous and always tries to bring Blair down. Its simple. They either look idenitical or they dont. Sure its harder to tell when they are babies but not difficult or impossible. You can get genetic testing but often its not necessary.
