Not all homeschoolers are fucked but you need SOME form of human interaction. Kai is socially awkward because she wasn't raised around other kids. She doesn't know how to act around people. Lack of education, human interaction and being babied seem more reasonable than just diagnosing her with a bunch of disabilities.
