when youtubers upload videos youtube gets a large portion of the ad sense money. and it should be left at that.
however, when a youtuber gets paid a large sum of money by a company to uload a commercial youtube does not profit from that.
so they should just ban sponsored videos all together since they make the same amount whethor a video is sponsored or not.
companies and salespeople/"gurus" are using youtube as a free place to uload commercials. youtube does not get a percentage or a cut of the youtubers paycheck or the companies profit.
