she says she is fat not because she eats too much but because she hurt her knee and cant excercize, well okay then but my 70year old grandmother broke her leg badly a year ago and is now fine and can walk just as well as before. what kind of injury could prevent her from walking for YEARS?
& she also says that she wasn't always this big. hmmm i think she might not have always been AS big as she is now but she has always been a big girl. I saw pictures of her on her old blog that she has now deleted and she looked just as big as she does now.

One thing I can say about Kai is that, she has always had the confidence to smile. I know if I had teeth like that I wouldn't talk much let alone smile big. It's good that someone kept her confidence up and she has never stopped smiling.

Irene is full of shit. Even if you injured your knee - there are low impact workouts you can do. All of that weight is not from a lack of exercise. She's morbidly obese, not just overweight.
I know she says that she has great skin and doesn't wear foundation etc. BUT my skin also looks flawless on camera too with the lighting. But it isn't.
I know people in wheelchairs that work out, or elder ladies with hip problems that get in a pool and move around. Irene is just a lazy tub of lard.
^ya a swimming pool would do her wonders. Even she can use some of that money she makes off selling makeup and youtube to buy a gym membership or use the community pool for a small fee.
exactly. my mom has had 9 knee operations and needs a complete knee replacement yet she still gets around and can excercise. no one is asking you to RUN i-freaking-rene. there's TONS of ways to burn calories. and even if she chose not to excercise whatsoever, she would lose weight by just completely changing her eating habits. and not eating a whole family size bag of doritos in one sitting.
if she wants doritos, she can get the 100 cal packs. they are the same chips, just cut smaller and a set portion.
BLAH on her lame excuses.
btw.. i'm on a diet, basically just being concious of what i eat and keeping track of my calories and i don't excercise AT ALL and i'm losing weight.

What Pinkie is saying is bullshit. Even if she hurt her knee she can still go out and walk. Nobody is asking her to go run a marathon. I have fibromyalgia and lupus so I have pain in all my joints and I still manage to exercise everyday. I hurt my knee too and I still use it. My 86 year old grandmother walks ever day as well. I may not be super super thin but I'm not fat. She is just losing it as an excuse to be lazy. I'd understand if she had just hurt it. But no she is just a lazy fuck.
100 calorie packs probably wouldn't help her she doesnt have self control so she would just eat many of those. A pool WOULD do her wonders. There was a guy at my gym that was about 500 pounds and he would walk from one end of the pool to another for about an hour and now he is about 250 or so. Now he does normal exercise and is super healthy.
I know someone with two bad knees yet they still manage to stay healthy and exercise. It's all about portion control. Irene has no self control or will power. Cut out the junk food, add healthy food. Easy as that. If you really want to lose weight you WILL put down the Doritos and cupcakes.
Even Britney Spears had knee surgery in the past, yet works out.
