Your diet is actually more important than excercise. If you were controlling your portions and eating within a controlled calorie range, the weight would actually come off.
I'm just lolling at all of this. I decided to go on a small diet on Monday. I've lost 4 pounds already by just eating better and working out.

I said once in real life that I hated fat people and everyone got offended until I added on that I mostly hate it when people complain that they're overweight and then they turn around and eat a Big Mac. It's one thing to be overweight, eating healthy, getting some exercise and complaining about you're weight because at least you're trying. I just hate it when people complain about something and do nothing to change it.

Irene comes off completely bitter. It's not impossible to lose weight. Eat less, burn more. That's all there is to it. I'm not the skinniest person in the world, but I'd never let myself get to be that heavy. There has to be some underlying psychological issue she has, which she should probably go get help for if she wants to live to see 35.

I think Kai may have Asperger's syndrome. Which would explain her odd behavior, her lack of communication skills (having a poor vocabulary everything is always sooo cute or soo gorgeous), and her obsessive tendencies towards makeup and clothing. It could also explain why she has difficulties keeping a job or being unable driving a car. She does show definite signs. IT could also explain why she needed to be home schooled. A lot of southern states do not have good programs. I don't know if this has been addressed or not. but it is just something I observed. I am a special education major.
