Although the first picture shows some what of a larger nose than what she appears to have now, I wasn't really convinced. A lot of younger girls may "grow into" their noses as they get older and as their face thins out or whatever.
Earlier today, people were back at saying she had gotten a nose job again. At first, I didn't really pay attention to the rumors until I watched the new vlog she uploaded today. She looked different. She added an annotation into the beginning of her video saying she had done her eyebrows differently; probably to add some excuse to her different appearance. It's also apparent that she's hasn't done a video in awhile; the last one she did was about her Miranda Cosgrove meetup, which was filmed weeks ago. She also stated in her video that she had a good reason for being absent for so long, but "its probably not worth anything", so we never actually heard it.
Her nose is looking rather Micheal Jackson-ish, no?
Notice how in the "before" picture, the bridge appears wider and the tip not as refined and turned up as the "after" picture looks..
I don't know wtf she did to her brows, either, but she kind of has that perma-surprised look on her face.
Now, it isn't definite that Blair had a nose job, I doubt we'll ever know one way or another, I'm sure when asked, she'll deny anything having to do with a nose job. But based on these pictures, you can decide for yourself :) Ahh Lizzy, keepin' it real!

I'm actually worried about Blair. She just turned 17 and already has a new face. That screams insecure. She also is very skinny now. I would hope she would never develop an eating disorder, but I wouldn't rule it out seeing how insecure she is. Her parents should be ashamed of letting their daughter get unnecessary cosmetic surgery at such a young age. Her dad is a doctor ffs!

idk her eyes don't look any different to me, really. i think maybe since her nose is different it threw off the proportion of the rest of her face.
i highly doubt a decent surgeon would give a 17 year old a brow lift or botox or really any kind of eyelid surgery. maybe if she was asian since a lot of asian women get eyelid surgery to make their eyes appear more open, but it's unnecessary for her. i know her mother would probably be all for it but her father is a doctor, i think he'd put his foot down in this case. a rhinoplasty is one thing but redoing the entire face is entirely different and much more serious. she'd need a guardian's signature for any kind of surgical procedure.

lizzy MUST have gotten a browlift before she started making videos. i don't see anything recent, but in the photos posted in this blog entry (how old was she, 13? 14?) her brows are almost claustrophobically close to her eyes, whereas now they're very elevated. that kind of transformation isn't natural; people may have growth spurts through puberty, but "eyebrow spurts" don't happen. i have very high brows naturally, and they've always been in the same position. it isn't something that i grew into, or just happened overnight. eyebrow position is largely determined by bone structure, which doesn't change.

not defending anybody, but it's possible that blair could have had a nose job for 2 reasons -- she fell/was in some kind of accident, or had a medical issue and it was impacting her breathing. I have two friends with a deviated septum, one who has had surgery and one who will eventually require it and just doesn't care enough to get it. I'm just shocked that somebody would get it purely for cosmetics at 17 because most surgeons won't even consider it at such a young age -- even if your dad is a doctor.

Anyways, Elizabeth got hit with the Heidi Montag curse. Montag's face got super long when she got that nose job and so does Elizabeth's face. She threw it all off. Also, I don't think she got anything like a brow lift. Thinning your eyebrows can open up your eyes. She was very sneaky to change her eyebrows and use that as an excuse. i posted this before but the best/cheapest way to go about getting a nose job is if you have any problems such as a deviated septum (which i had)- your insurance covers the majority of the costs and while they are in there, they can do minor tip work for very little out of pocket expense.
plus the fact that she is suddenly pale when she was very tan up until that point, backs it all up. i couldn't tan or go out in the sun without major protection (hat and sunscreen) for a long time. there's no way she didn't have a nose job. not sure about eye work, but nose job is 100% for certain.

Well, I definitely see the nose job, but I don't really see any eye work. If you cover her nose in the side-by-side shots, her "new" eyebrows are much thinner and spaced out. Your eyebrows frame your face, but the thing is; getting a nose job can make the rest of your face look a bit strange and also, doing something drastically different to your eyebrows will have the same effect. Bitch did both and she looks awful! But I hope she didn't get something done to her eyes as well..

I think she gave the excuse that she did something to her brows so her naive viewers wouldn't question why she looked so much different. If she didn't say anything, her viewers probably wouldn't be able to pinpoint it and would ask a lot of questions, but automatically telling them she did something to her brows made her viewers just assume the difference in appearance was caused by her brows. I don't think if she actually did something to them she would draw attention to them.

If you look at old pics she had a natural cheek line when she smiled. Now the cheek is raised and is almost even with the nose. It's again tiny but it is noticeable.

i still really only think she might have gotten her nose done. i don't see any difference at all in her eyes except for how surprised she looks, they're the same shape.
same with her cheeks. her cheekbones are standing out a little bit more, but she looks like she's lost weight and your face is usually the first place you'll notice weight loss or gain.
and you can't see her chest in her videos so i doubt we'll ever know, but i didn't see any difference at all in her prom pictures from the few other times we've seen a full body shot of her.
even if she did get plastic surgery though, it won't affect her career except for how weird looking she is now. jennifer grey was already famous when her nose job ruined her career, no one in LA actually knows who the fuck elizabeth is right now. and plenty of 17 year olds get nose jobs, it's really not that uncommon, probably especially in places like LA and south florida (which is where i live.) and mk & ashley olson both got nose jobs, i think while they were still in their teens, and their careers have been fine.

Supposed to be vids from three different days, but it's the exact same eye makeup, exact same hair waves, lighting, etc. I think she just changed her outfits and earrings and shuffled around her purse rack, then filmed them all in the same day.

i really doubt she's had a breast augmentation. the older picture is from at least a year ago and she's still a teenager, obviously her boobs have grown. and most people who get breast implants (especially to try to "make it" in hollywood) would get them much larger.

I know when I left a comment on her last video, it went through but when I checked later that day it wasn't there.
This video shows what happens when you remove fat from ethnic eyes, and how it effects the lids. The appearance totally changes. Some folks desire double lids.
It's hard to explain but this video should help.
All it really is........ is a fat layer that makes the eye more flat.
Blaires lids seem to have changed twice from all the years of photos. I even see a hint of a scar on them from some videos closeups.
I also believe this is why she avoids the sun.
I believe B took too much fat this time. Jessica Simpsom did the same thing and I believe thats why people sometimes say she had odd looking alien eyes.

I don't think Elizabeth got anything to her eyes. Now that would take a lot of time to heal. She's have stitches and it would be swollen. Her face/eyes are getting swollen now from the nose job, which is common.

i also think its kinda dumb to say that shes had multiple nose jobs before this one. i've seen photos of balir from 2/3 years ago and she looked exactly the same as she did before the nose job she got a week ago. i just think shes had the one nose job.

no, i'm saying this isn't her SECOND nose job like someone on the last page keeps saying. that's totally ridiculous. unless there's some kind of deformation issue, a surgeon is NOT going to perform a purely cosmetic procedure on a 15 year old. there's basically no chance of it.
however, a 17 year old can easily get some things done with parental consent. i do think she's had a nose job recently.
