Although the first picture shows some what of a larger nose than what she appears to have now, I wasn't really convinced. A lot of younger girls may "grow into" their noses as they get older and as their face thins out or whatever.
Earlier today, people were back at saying she had gotten a nose job again. At first, I didn't really pay attention to the rumors until I watched the new vlog she uploaded today. She looked different. She added an annotation into the beginning of her video saying she had done her eyebrows differently; probably to add some excuse to her different appearance. It's also apparent that she's hasn't done a video in awhile; the last one she did was about her Miranda Cosgrove meetup, which was filmed weeks ago. She also stated in her video that she had a good reason for being absent for so long, but "its probably not worth anything", so we never actually heard it.
Her nose is looking rather Micheal Jackson-ish, no?
Notice how in the "before" picture, the bridge appears wider and the tip not as refined and turned up as the "after" picture looks..
I don't know wtf she did to her brows, either, but she kind of has that perma-surprised look on her face.
Now, it isn't definite that Blair had a nose job, I doubt we'll ever know one way or another, I'm sure when asked, she'll deny anything having to do with a nose job. But based on these pictures, you can decide for yourself :) Ahh Lizzy, keepin' it real!

oh and to the person grasping at straws from the last page - if she had anything done to her eyelids, you wouldn't see scars. incisions are almost always done in the creases of the eye so there are no telltale scars.
same with the nose. that mark on the side of her nose some of you guys were talking about wouldn't be for an incision. with an open rhinoplasty, the incision is made at that point where the area between your nostrils meets your top lip, usually like a W shaped incision. a closed rhinoplasty is usually done inside the nostrils. sometimes they'll make an incision outside the nose, but it's in the crease of the nostril where you can't see it.

people her age, especially in the south, do not have eyelid surgery, sorry. especially because she would have had to do it before she started making videos, and no surgeon is going to operate on a 15 year old for purely cosmetic reasons unless he would like a malpractice suit filed against him. she's smiling in the first picture and her eyelids always disappear when she's smiling in a photo. tons of candids have been posted here.
and yeah, her father is a gynecologist with a law degree and apparently also a piloting license. all that proves to me is that he wouldn't let his underage daughter go to a surgeon who clearly isn't board certified to have a multitude of unnecessary procedures like you're suggesting. i'll believe she got a nose job, i'd believe she got a boob job if there was any evidence to support it because those things are relatively common despite where you're from. but she didn't have anything done to her eyes or her cheeks.
People keep saying it's the eyebrows or the nose making her eyes look that way but I've covered those areas up and I still see a difference in her eyes...I don't know.

when you have your nose done you have bruises, swelling and puffiness. this will change the way the rest of your face looks for a while. she will have covered these bruises with makeup (hence why you say she has dark circles)

yeah no, i've said a few times in this post and the last post, i had a nose job on may 5th, less than two weeks ago, and i've looked totally normal since i got my splint taken off on the 11th. a lot of people need about 2 weeks for the swelling and bruising to go down, but i never got any bruising and it's possible blair didn't either. although as others are saying, she has been really inconsistent in posting new videos lately and she was even MIA on twitter for a while.

Other than the nosejob, you can definitely tell she's lost a lot of weight. I remember people telling her she looked fat during fashion week (which she sorta did, holy spare tire alert) and now with Hollywood and everything, she's probabaly gone anorexic. If Blair is 17 she could get as many surgerys as she wants. I know she got a nose job, but she could get a eyebrow lift, boob job, or whatever at the same time. A lot of people get multiple surgeries at once. I wouldn't be suprised if she got something other than a nose job because her faces looks so different.

I just watched Lizzy's newest video and her nose does look different. I was trying to be unbiased as possible and I still thought it looked "off". And if even her subs are noticing it, that says something. I'm not seeing anything besides that, though. Nosejob is semi-plausible. Eyebrow lift and whatever else really isn't.

regardless of her being 15/16, a plastic surgeon would do the work as is evidenced by the thousands of girls who have it done everyday at that age or younger. don't make broad statements about what a surgeon would or wouldn't do when you are not a surgeon. getting your face fixed BY one doesn't make you one.

Blepharoplasty is common among teens and women in their early twenties, regardless of what part of the country they live in.
This surgery almost seems a prerequisite to work in Hollywood. MANY many young starlets have had this done. It opens up the eyes and make them appear bigger in SOME cases.
Paric, Lohan, N Richey, Jessica Simpson, the list goes on and on and on.
Since Blaire is trying to get her foot in the door, it does not surprise me at all she went for these type surgeries.
Many gals have surgery to get into Hollywood.

i'm not trying to sound like i know what i'm talking about when i really don't or anything like that. it's true that there's no legal age limit when it comes to plastic surgery, but some people are taking this to like, ridiculous extents.
a 15 year old CAN get a nose job, but i really doubt she did. most surgeons will not do something like that on a person younger than like 17 because your face is nowhere near finished maturing. i know a lot of girls DO - but this is where her location comes in. she's probably always been regarded as beautiful by tennessee standards and it's really not common there for very young girls to get plastic surgery in that area because it isn't as superficial there. CAN a 15 year old girl get a nose job in tennessee? probably. i'm just saying, based on her location, she probably didn't.
besides that, her nose doesn't look different enough to me to make me think she'd had surgery before. if she'd had another surgery previous to the one she just had, her nose wouldn't have still been so wide. plus most people's noses change from when they're like 12 to 17. she might have broken it for all we know, but it just looks like natural age progression to me.

About Blair and her possible surgery, I'm willing to believe she had some work done on her nose as she seems to have some odd swelling on it, on the side as everyone has mentioned. But eyelid surgery? No. I agree that she probably just plucked her brows a bit thinner, and that's why she has that "surprised" look. And btw, she definitely didn't have botox (to whoever said that), HER FACE IS STILL MOVING. I don't believe she's changed anything on her face except her nose, and I agree with Quad that this is likely the FIRST time. You can make fun of her for talking about her nose so much all you want, but when people have elective surgery, the plastic surgeon will spend a LOT of time talking to you about what is going to happen, where incisions will be made, etc.

I actually find it quite amusing that Kai keeps bringing up her birthday because it's showing how greedy and childish she is and at 20 that she is not in school, not working (I don't buy the shampoo girl thing and if it is true her hours show she hardly works), still living at home and not paying for anything. Sad and pathetic so keep bringing it up Kai and reminding everyone of that. ;)
@k - yeah i lived in sevierville/pigeon forge TN for some of high school and that's actually a really busy area, not like some hick town part, and the girls were nowhere near as superficial as they are in south florida where i live currently. areas like LA/WPB FL are pretty much known for being superficial so i can see young girls getting plastic surgery at a young age there/here, and i'm sure it happens in other areas as well, all i was trying to convey is that i really don't think SHE did based partly on the area she's from.

Been to LA, worked in the entertainment industry. I've seen a lot of plastic surgery, but not too much face work until your body is "set"... but it's still sad girls think they need this. One of my lifelong friends has talked about plastic surgery for her nose (she's very italian...) but always goes against it -- it makes her unique!
And on the other hand, it's not fair to girls who have a medical NEED for surgery -- my aunt had a breast reduction before she was 25 because it was ruining her back.

for starters, i was raised in the south (Mississippi and Tennessee) and my mothers friend's daughter, as well as my best friend's sister both had some sort of plastic surgery done.
at 15 i had my first breast augmentation.
i currently live in a suburb of chicago where all the JAPs "go to camp" the summer before highschool and come back with new noses. some girls wait till theyre sophs/jrs but its still young. no joke atleast 10% of the girls in my hs have had some kind of work. if you live in an area with money (regardless of being in the south/north/east/west) girls get work done. common story.

someone said earlier that part of Kai's makeup collection (like the MAC palettes or all the MAC products put together or something) was worth over $5,000. That right there could have gone into her getting car. Hell I would kill for that much money at my disposal.

to be honest it wasnt bad at all, i actually had two done (mine was for more than just cosmetic reasons, i was slightly uneven and was unhappy, and they didnt get it close enough the first time so he offered to fix it for free).
my first surgery was a reduction (at 15) , which was slightly painful... less pain than when i had my wisdom teeth and tonsils removed. i was on a combo of percocet and valium and was out of bed about 3 days later.
the second was a saline implant on one side and slight reduction on the other when i was 16 and i was out of bed the next day hanging out with my friends (same pills).
each surgery would have been about $6000 from my surgeon, but i only paid for the first. i got them in cincinnati from my grandmothers plastic surgeon because he offered us a deal since hes my grandmas, and because the quote i got in chicago was over $20,000. i am now 20 and all my scars are completely faded, and i dont regret it at all.

You can get financing too, which I think is awesome. I just don't know what I should be paying if I went up 1 1/2- 2 cup sizes.

The car thing pisses me off. I'm 19 and I don't have my license or a car. Not because I'm lazy like Kai but because I just don't have the money for a new car, the insurance and yearly registration. It infuriates me that she's just getting one handed to her. Where is she going to go? Do the street to Daveys? Make her fat ass walk and get a real job.

@11:24 yeah i was given vicodin for my wisdom teeth too, but i went in to as for perocet because it is stronger and i was in pain. i dont regret it at all since mine were really uneven, and i havent had any negative side effects. the worse part was since i had them done during the summer i wasn't able to swim for a few weeks.
@11:27- thanks i was expecting to get really negative feedback (like quads) but heyyy might as well share. i hate that they make it out to be such a horror story on television, i mean i know there are risks, but my back pains have almost disappeared since i had it done. i went from being an F cup to a full C, but have settled in nicely to a D and i am very happy. im very afraid of surgery as well, so my doctor gave me some pills to take in the morning before i got to his office that kept me calm (dont remember what they were, i was too young at the time to be familiar with drugs) and he even gave me medication to help with the nausea i often get with surgery. im also lucky that my father makes a good living, and was able to give the surgery to me, but if yours are as big as you think they are you should talk to your doctor and see if there is some way your medical insurance will pay for part.

As for the boob stories... awww, don't worry, it's normal for your breasts to be a little uneven. I was making fun of Kai because I said I could tell what hand she writes with because of how much cleavage she was showing in her video once, lol. Normally the boob on the side you write with is a little smaller.
I know breast augmentation is getting really common today, and I don't know how I feel about that... but breast reduction is something that can be really beneficial to your spine and overall health, and I think some insurance companies will finance that over augmentation for purely cosmetic reasons.

ahh thanks K. I always forget, it varies from bra to bra and sometimes there's also an E cup in certain brands. Bra buying is definitely not my favorite thing in the world and I try to be invested in it as little as possible.
