You know what, I don't think Kailyn's nose jewelry is even the right stuff for her nose. They make two different types that curve two different ways (and a third type that curves straight). I believe you're supposed to use left curving ones for left-side piercings, and right for right-side piercings--because if you don't, the end of the screw can stick out much easier.
Maybe if she changed it it would be that much better...

IMO the piercer should have actually pierced her higher up on her nose, to keep that disgusting bar from sticking out and looking like a booger, lol. Everyone's nose is different, the placement of her jewelry should take that into account.
