Alright, I just figured out that Kai lives in Bowie (which is a town right next to mine.) I'm not sure why it never clicked? I guess, I just didn't care. Anyways, I read in an old entry that Kai's mom owns her own hair salon in the same town. So, since my mother always goes to Bowie to get her haircut, I decided to ask her about "Lisa Wilcher" to see if she might of heard of her.

and saying if you really care about your skin you will splurge on it. well i care about my skin but biore pore unclogging scrub works probably just as well as her 35 dollar "polisher".

i love how lizzy said "the ONLY thing she got for free" was the clarisonic. that thing was over 200 dollars and i remember when she first got it (before the ftc rule) she said she saved up for it.

exactly 346. i mean she does get good money from youtube but in reality what teenager or younger, her target audience, can afford half of that stuff? even some adults can't. the economy sucks so who wants to go out and buy all that?

the whole "investing" thing pissed me off. the only reason you CAN buy those things is because of youtube and your parents money. what normal 16 year old can afford that with their OWN money? it's shocking how out of touch with reality she is.
